We hate renovating, let’s be clear, so when we discovered leaks in the shower, we were not excited. With my husband at work during the day, I cringed at managing the day-to-day decision-making. We are so glad we chose The Shower Dr for our bathroom rebuild. From the moment I called, we knew we were in good hands. Jemima outlined the process very clearly and arranged for Nick to view the job and quote. Nick patiently and simply explained what needed to be done (and understood we had a budget). Sophie, the superstar project manager who put up with all my questions and made it all happen. Special shout outs to Alex, Brodie, Luke and Jacob – thank you. Each of you had a different job to do, but all of you were friendly and respectful of me and our home, including our security measures. Shi was highly professional, prompt and neat. He did a fantastic job regrouting our shower and replacing the silicone around our bath. He left both areas spotless and even went out of his way to install a new shower head that we had purchased separately. Marion did an awesome job with re-grouting our shower. Now, the shower looks as good as new! He was very thorough and made sure everything was right. I’m very happy that we decided going with ShowerDr instead of a full renovation.
