“”Highly recommend. Straight shooting, no sales-y theatrics, and they know what they are doing and will do exactly what you need and do it well. We had a shower recess upstairs in a 10-year old home that needed grout replaced. We had 3 companies inspect to quote and had three very different diagnoses of the issues (all indicating a potentially more serious problem linked to an incorrectly installed channel drain) and 3 very different solutions. After much research and consideration, we went with the guys from Shower Dr because their assessment seemed the most realistic and the solution they offered (epoxy grout resealing) seemed the most appropriate response given the problem. Meelis, who came out to do the service, found that the channel grate wasn’t even directly connected to the waste pipe (just emptying into the tile bedding with a silicone bed trying to direct water toward the waste!). What blew me away was that Meelis was actually able to relocate the channel grate in the tiled floor (luckily I kept spare tiles) and connect it to the waste pipe!! And he was able to do it still in the time he had allowed to service the shower! I am confident we will get another 7-10 years out of this shower now and avoided a potential expensive disaster!!” ” 22/08/2019
